Konference Konkurenceschopnost ČR 2016: Průmysl pro 21. století, se bude konat ve středu 30. září 2015 od 13 hodin na Vysoké škole ekonomické v Praze.

Tématem letošní konference je průmysl, jeho současný a budoucí význam nejen pro středoevropský region, ale zejména pro Českou republiku a její konkurenceschopnost. Konference se koná v den vydání Zprávy o konkurenceschopnosti, kterou připravuje Světové ekonomické fórum. V dvou panelech vystoupí např. Günter Deuber (vedoucí ekonom pro střední Evropu, Raiffeisen Inernational AG Rakousko), Caroline Galvan (senior mažerka, Světové ekonomické fórum), Rudolf Fischer (finančně-ekonomický ředitel Siemens ČR) a další odborníci. Konferenci moderuje Roman Chlupatý. Pracovním jazykem konference je angličtina.

Akci organizuje Fakulta mezinárodních vztahů VŠE v Praze, Česká manažerská asociace a CMC Graduate School of Business ve spolupráci s Romanem Chlupatým. Partnerem akce jsou CzechInvest a Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung.  

This year's conference on competitiveness, The Czech Republic’s Strategy for Competitiveness 2016: Industry for the 21st Century, will take place on September 30th, at the University of Economics, Prague (VŠE).

The topic of the event will be industry and its current and future significance in the region of Central Europe, as well as its role influencing Czech Republic's competitiveness. The conference will be held on the same day as the release of the Global Competitiveness Report conducted by the World Economic Forum. The panelists are Günter Deuber (Head of CEE Research, Raiffeisen Inernational AG Austria), Caroline Galvan (Senior Manager, World Economic Forum), Rudolf Fischer (CFO Siemens Czech Republic) and other experts. Discussion will be chaired by Roman Chlupatý. Working language is English.

The event is organized by the Faculty of International Relations, University of Economics, Prague (VŠE), the Czech Management Association and the CMC Graduate School of Business in cooperation with Roman Chlupatý. Partners of the event are Czechinvest and the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung.
