This year’s CMTS took place in Toronto between September 30th and October 3rd and attracted more than 9000 manufacturing professionals from across the country and the world. Beside the technology exhibits presenting the global leaders in cutting-edge technologies, CMTS featured also small and medium sized enterprises with innovative potential in the area of automation, advanced materials, additive manufacturing and 3D printing.
For the first time, the new Canadian supercluster for Advanced Manufacturing NGen introduced its activities and funding opportunities for Canadian companies and institutions and their international partners. Several companies presented short project pitches for which they are looking for partners. The program offers also new opportunities for interested Czech companies and institutions.
