Cílem programu Industry-sponsored Graduate Assistant (IGA), na kterém Shape Corp. spolupracuje s univerzitou Grand Valley State University je zařazení studentů z celého světa do reálného procesu ještě v době studia a následující dva roky po ukončení školy. Mladí inženýři se pak vracejí do své rodné země, kde mohou plně využít nabité zkušenosti. Čerstvý absolvent z oboru strojírenství Jiří Suchan se do programu přihlásil právě proto, že chtěl své teoretické znalosti rozšířit v praxi. Do Ameriky se ale těší také na zápasy NHL a NBA.

The objective of the Industry-sponsored Graduate Assistant programme, on which Shape Corp. cooperates with Grand Valley State University, is to involve students from around the world in the actual process while still at school and over the course of two years following graduation. Young engineers then return to their home countries, where they can fully utilise the experience they have thus acquired. Jiří Suchan, a recent graduate in the field of mechanical engineering, registered in the programme because he wanted to enhance his abilities through practical application of his theoretical knowledge. He also looks forward to attending NHL and NBA games while in America.
