The conference, which was held on 25 May 2015, was attended by HR specialists in the areas of the automotive industry, IT, mechanical engineering and business support services.
The discussion revolved around proper targeting of recruitment efforts – how to prepare advertisements offering new positions and how to attract the interest of potential employees for any position, from manual labourer to upper management.
Conference participants included, for example, representatives of KVADOS, a.s., GE Money Bank and SUNGWOO HITECH s.r.o., among others. Experts from Grafton Recruitment, s.r.o. gave lectures on the given topics, providing insight into how to prepare job advertisements, what to leave out and what not to leave out, and how to attract the interest of candidates. At the same time, the participants learned to structure such advertisements and to target a given group of candidates, as well as about jobs what candidates respond to and those for which it is necessary to find employees by other means.
