Effective from 21 September 2020, foreigners entering the Czech Republic from the countries that are not listed by the Ministry of Health as having a low risk of COVID-19 contagion (or who stayed in those countries for more than twelve hours in the  past fourteen days) must fill in an online Public Health Passenger Locator Form. Proof of registration will be requested at the border check. Such foreigners shall undergo a Covid-19 PCR test within five days after arrival. This duty does not apply to children under the age of five, international transport workers, citizens of the European Union or foreigners with long-term or permanent residence in the countries of the European Union who transit through the territory of the Czech Republic and diplomats whose stay does not exceed fourteen days.

Restrictions on free movement and the obligation to wear respiratory protective equipment apply to such foreigners for a period of ten days.
