CJSTD 2005
The first Czech-Japan Science and Technology Day seminar was organized by the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Tokyo and the Czech Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports. It took place in Tokyo at Mita Kaigisho conference hall on May 24, 2005.
The main objective of the seminar was to inform on and to introduce:
- current R&D policies in both countries
- major Czech research institutions
- successful Japanese-Czech joint R&D project (Czech Technical University + Japanese companies
- case study: R&D Center of Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd and co-operation with the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen
