Demand for offices in Prague up 100% y/y
17 Jul. 2008 | According to the consultancy DTZ, the realised demand for office space in Prague In Q2 was 63,621 m2, which is 11% less than in the previous quarter but 100% more year on year. In H1 2008, the realised demand for office space was 135,000 m2. (CIA)
PricewaterhouseCoopers: 20% growth for Internet connection market a year
17 Jul. 2008 | According to a PricewaterhouseCoopers analysis, the Czech Internet connectivity market will grow approximately 20% a year over the next five years. In 2012, revenues of Internet providers should increase from the current USD 626 mln to USD 1.6 bln (approximately CZK 23.4 bln). The Czech market grows nearly twice as fast as the EMEA average.
