Who can register in the National Registry of Consultants and how

every registrant who fulfils the basic entry criteria of the National Registry of Consultants:

  • currently works as a consultant (it is necessary to present documented proof of current employment position)
  • graduated from university and currently has at least three years’ experience in consulting work or graduated from secondary school and has at least five years experience in consulting work (it is necessary to present documented evidence of education and references from clients)
  • has experience relevant to working with small and medium-sized enterprises

Interest consultants can register via an on-line registration form, which is available at www.nrp.cz.

Registration process

formal assessment of the registration form is followed by:

  1. evaluation interview with assessors from the National Registry of Consultants
  2. entry in the National Registry of Consultants for a period of one year and presentation of contacts on the website at www.nrp.cz
  3. consultant’s visit to client, monitored by an assessor in order to verify his/her quality
  4. renewed registration – after a year of operating within the National Registry of Consultants, the given consultant undergoes and interview with assessors during which documents on the fulfilment of conditions for continuance in the National Registry of Consultants are submitted
Consultant’s Rules of Conduct within the National Registry of Consultants

a consultant entered in the National Registry of Consultants must fulfil the following conditions:

  • sign the Consultant’s Rules of Conduct containing, among other things, the Consultants’ Code of Ethics
  • successfully complete a monitored visit to a client
  • dedicate at least 50 days per year to consulting activities for small and medium-sized enterprises
  • dedicate at least 50 hour per year to his/her personal/professional development
Confirmation of membership in the National Registry of Consultants
