Program valid from February 17th, 2004 to November 28 th, 2006
FRAMEWORK PROGRAMME FOR SUPPORT OF TECHNOLOGY CENTERS AND BUSINESS SUPPORT SERVICES CENTERS pursuant to the Government Resolution no. 1238 of December 10th, 2003 (effective from February 17th, 2004)
This programme was valid within the time period between February 17th, 2004 and November 28th, 2006. The conditions and provisions stipulated by this programme apply to all projects which were registered by the CzechInvest Agency during the validity of this programme.
Provided support:
- Subsidy for business activity (eligible costs – wages or investment)
- Subsidy for training and retraining
Basic conditions:
Technology centers, software development centers, ICT expert and solution centers, regional headquarters for multinational companies:
- Minimum investment: CZK 15 million
- Minimum amount of newly created job positions: 15
- Financing project by own equity: CZK 7.5 million
Customer contact centers, high-tech repair centers, shared services centers (with exception of regional headquarters of multinational companies):
- Minimum investment volume: CZK 30 million
- Minimum amount of newly created job positions: 50
- Financing project by own equity: CZK 15 million
Other conditions:
- Fulfilling the conditions within three calendar years after the year in which the Project Support Decision was issued
- Maintaining the minimum investment and the minimum of newly created and occupied job positions, performing the supported activity for a period of at least 5 calendar years from the end of the calendar year in which the conditions were fulfilled for the first time and, furthermore, in each year in which the recipient receives the state aid
- Maintaining the total value of the investment/total number of job positions which entered the basis for calculation of the provided public support in the form of a subsidy for business activity (the condition, therefore, applies to the chosen type of eligible costs) for the minimum period of 5 calendar years after the end of the calendar year in which the conditions were fulfilled for the first time and, furthermore, in each year in which the Recipient receives the state aid
- No works may be started on the project prior the issuance of a Confirmation of Project Registration at CzechInvest (date of submitting the Application)
- International orientation of the project
