Swiss firm Feintool starts construction of its first factory in the Czech Republic

The Swiss firm Feintool AG began construction of its first manufacturing plant in the Czech Republic on Wednesday, 29 November 2017. The company plans to start production of components for the automotive industry in the Most Joseph industrial zone by the end of 2018. The ground-breaking ceremony was attended by Feintool representatives Knut Zimmer and Juraj Bujnák and the mayor of Most, Jan Paparega, as well as representatives of CzechInvest, which had helped bring the company’s investment to the Czech Republic. Feintool will be able to obtain investment incentives in the amount of 25% of eligible costs (up to the maximum amount of CZK 315 million) for its investment in the value of CZK 1.26 billion, which should create up to 150 jobs in the future.
