Take inspiration from past editions

In 2020, the winner of the national round was the startup FaceUp, which is backed by three Brno high school students. They created a web and mobile application that allows you to detect bullying and help with several others at the same time.

SNUGGS holds the title of the best creative start-up of 2019. Established by Linda Šejdová and Tomáš Zahradník, the start-up produces waterproof, high-quality and environmentally friendly menstrual panties. The product dazzled the international jury to such a degree that Šejdová brought home the third-place prize from Copenhagen.

In 2018, the national round was won by the start-up miomove with its prototype of a smart shoe insole that helps users to walk and run better and, mainly, correctly. Sensors in the insole regularly monitor pressure, weight-distribution and impact data and send it to the associated application.

The first Czech national round of the Creative Business Cup competition took place in 2016. The winner was the start-up Nanits Universe, which offers a simple and effective digital tool for creating, publishing and selling original comics. In its own way, it brings comics to life, thus enhancing reading enjoyment.
