#MASKS4ALL. An unambiguous and extremely important appeal is spreading from the social networks. This is done within the framework of COVID-CZECHIA – the expert group that operates under the auspices of the Czech Technical University Rector Vojtěch Petráček and whose current public recommendations regarding the Covid-19 epidemic in the Czech Republic reach people via the fastest possible route through a network of influencers and artists. Now they appeal to the world celebrities to share a call for flat-wearing masks that have proven to be popular with social media via video #masks4all.
At the beginning was Petr Ludwig, the author of the book The End of Procrastination, who published the video of Masks and Critical Thinking on his Instagram in mid-March. At the time, he presented to the Czech nation appropriate arguments for the idea that the use of masks, even homemade, would significantly slow the spread of coronavirus.
„Video #masks4all has seen over a million people. I am proud that the Czechs are helping and that so many have been involved. Thank you for all the people in the world who are wearing a mask to protect their health, ”says Petr Ludwig. The #masks4all has been mentioned by world media too. For example, the Washington Post noted that the message "my mask protects you, your mask protects me" is a positive perception of prosocial behavior.
