MANN+HUMMEL Service is Employer of the Year among service centres in the CEE region

The shared-services centre of MANN+HUMMEL Service in Nová Ves, in the Třebíč district, has been named the 2014 Employer of the Year in the category of service centres in Central and Eastern Europe. The company received the award during the prestigious CEE Shared Services and Outsourcing Forum, which took place on Thursday, 5 February 2015, in Warsaw, Poland.

The competition’s assessment committee was impressed mainly by the list of financial and non-financial benefits that MANN+HUMMEL provides to its employees, including language training, bonuses in the form 13th, 14th and 15th monthly salaries, healthcare and pension contributions, loyalty bonuses based on the number of years works, discounts on sporting activities and tickets to cultural events. The company also offers flexible work schedules, the possibility to work part time and other options such as the possibility to work from home. In autumn 2013 the company opened an onsite preschool with English-language instruction.

MANN+HUMMEL Group is involved in the development of filtration systems. The company delivers products and solutions for international carmakers and the mechanical-engineering industry. Its Czech shared-services centre has been providing services for other branches of the MANN+HUMMEL Group since 2007. The centre’s portfolio includes services in the areas of accounting and finance, design and development and IT, among others. In total, MANN+HUMMEL Group employs more than 1,100 people in the Czech Republic.

For its development in the Czech Republic, MANN+HUMMEL Service draws funding from, among other sources, the Operational Programme Enterprise and Innovation, which is administered by CzechInvest. To date, the company has received more than CZK 100 million in connection with three projects.
