Data Festival in London attracts Big Data enthusiasts

The Czech technology company Keboola, which offers solutions for integrating data from various sources and processing such data in web and desktop tools, organised the three-day Data Festival in London.

From Friday, 24 July, to Sunday, 26 July, those interested in Big Data could take part in panel discussions and debates and attend a full range of lectures on this topic.

Presenters at this conference for the expert public included, for example, Matt Lukowski of Fourth Analytics, Paul Cook of Just-Eat, Pavel Doležal of Keboola and Martin Zeman of BI Marks and Spencer.

The DataGirls workshop was focused on promoting technologies and, primarily, data science among women and girls, who were addressed by experts from the Czech companies Keboola and GoodData. A competitive hackathon was held during the whole period of the festival.

The first edition of Data Festival was supported by CzechInvest.
