TACR again supporting cross-border applied research and development

At the beginning of June 2018, the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic (TACR) issued the sixth call for project proposals under the DELTA Programme for support of applied research and experimental development. Companies eligible to register in the programme are those that collaborate or intend to collaborate with partners in Germany, South Korea, Vietnam, Israel, China (Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces) or Taiwan.

At least one candidate from the country in which a partner agency is located and at least one company from the Czech Republic must participate in the DELTA Programme. The maximum volume of aid per project on the Czech side of the given consortium is CZK 25 million. The registration deadline is 7 August 2018.

The DELTA Programme is focused on support for collaboration in applied research and experimental development through joint projects of companies and research organisations supported by the TACR and major foreign technology and innovation agencies and other, similar institutions. The programme improves the access of teams from the Czech Republic to international knowledge and know-how and foreign research capacities, and facilitates their entry to foreign markets. The selected projects must respond to the current and future needs of the given country, which in the Czech Republic are defined by the National Priorities of Oriented Research, Experimental Development and Innovation.

More information about the project is available on the TACR website.
