This year’s first edition of the M&A Report is now available. The current issue, which you can find in the attachment, covers trends of the first as well as the previous year, which was marked by favourable conditions for mergers and acquisitions thanks to the stable international economic environment and strong economic growth. The situation was advantageous especially for developing European countries, which gained the trust of foreign companies and investors.
The M&A Report also provides information on the CzechLink capital participation project, which CzechInvest launched in August 2018. The project brings together firms seeking investors with investors considering capital entry into a local company, thus supporting mergers, acquisitions and joint-venture partnerships.
