French cultural institute and CzechInvest sign memorandum of cooperation

Upon signing a memorandum of cooperation with the Institut français de Prague (IFP) on Thursday, 24 May 2018, CzechInvest became involved in the Czech Emploi project, which promotes companies in the Czech Republic to job applicants among the ranks of graduates in France. The purpose of the memorandum is to contribute to the development of cooperation in the area of labour mobility connected with the development and changes in the Europe-wide investment environment.

For this purpose, CzechInvest and the IFP will exchange information about the Czech and French labour markets and share experience and information on the employment of foreigners. The objective of the project is to assist firms operating in the Czech Republic with recruitment of new employees and French graduates who are seeking their initial employment and work experience in the Czech Republic.

The memorandum was signed for the Czech side by CzechInvest CEO Silvana Jirotková and for the French side by Luc Lévy, director of the IFP and counsel for culture and cooperation.

Cooperation also includes mutual promotion on the Czech Your Talent and Czech Emploi websites.
