The second edition of the Czech Your Talent conference took place on 10-11 February 2018 in connection with the Emigrate! job fair in London. This joint activity of the ABSL and CzechInvest is intended to help bring talented, linguistically skilled young people from other European countries to the Czech Republic, where they can begin their careers with companies in the business services sector. The project motivates them to work in the Czech Republic and presents them with interesting career opportunities in the sector.

The London event was preceded by a similar conference in Berlin last year. The location of this year’s Czech Your Talent event was not chosen randomly. It is expected that Great Britain’s exit from the EU could cause a major labour migration that will involve not only the relocation of workers, but also of firms. Business services centres in the Czech Republic offer an international working environment and attractive wages in the context of the country’s cost of living.
