WEBINAR: Innovation and the circular economy in agriculture: The opportunities for Uruguay and Czech

Uruguay, a country of 3.5 million inhabitants, has ambitions to feed 50 million people. The European Commission, on the other hand, aims to transform a food chain that will suit consumers, producers, the climate and the environment. What can Uruguay, one of the richest countries in the South America, and the Czech Republic learn from each other? What is the level of digitalization of  agriculture in those two countries and what challenges they face? Let us invite you to the webinar on innovation and the circular economy in agriculture in the Czech Republic and Uruguay.

According to the UN, there will be almost 10 billion people in the world in 2050. As population grows, so will the food consumption and demands on land and the environment.
