The System of Special Treatment for Skilled Employees from Ukraine is a project intended for employers that want to employ candidates from Ukraine. Inclusion in the Ukraine System enables job candidates to receive an appointment for submitting their employment-card applications to the Consulate General of the Czech Republic in Lvov or, in the case of mass applications, to the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Kiev. If the employer has already gained inclusion in the Ukraine System, it is not necessary to request an appointment for an interview at the Consulate General in Lvov or the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Kiev, as the employer will rather be contacted by the consulate or embassy.
Inclusion in the Ukraine Project can be requested by an employer that has been operating in the Czech Republic for at least two years and is a tax resident of the Czech Republic pursuant to Act No. 586/1992 Coll., on Income Tax, is registered as a payer of health and social insurance contributions, has settled all of its obligations toward the state and fulfils other stipulated conditions. The annual quota for the Ukraine System is 9,600 applicants.
The guarantors of the Ukraine System are the Confederation of Industry of the Czech Republic, the Association of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises and Crafts of the Czech Republic, the Chamber of Commerce of the Czech Republic, the Confederation of Employer and Business Associations of the Czech Republic and CzechInvest.
CzechInvest processes applications for inclusion in the Ukraine System for companies with which the agency has long cooperated. For other interested parties, the above-mentioned guarantors accept applications.

All personal data of applicants will be further used only for the purposes of the Ukraine System.
