EXPO REAL is one of the world's most important investment fairs and is visited by tens of thousands of participants from 70 countries every year. This year, CzechInvest is a proud partner of the Czech Cities & Regions exhibition, where the statutory city of Ostrava, the Moravian-Silesian Region and the capital city of Prague will jointly present their investment opportunities.
Expo Real is the most important European event in the real estate sector and a starting point for negotiations on new investment projects. Therefore, CzechInvest will be available to all companies interested in investing in Czechia. For more than 30 years, the agency has been assisting Czech and foreign investors and creating conditions for the arrival of important innovative projects. The localisation process almost always includes assistance in finding suitable land, subcontractors or financial support.
At the fair, Czech cities will present an attractive offer of important development sites with the aim of attracting suitable investors. On offer will be land for the construction of apartment blocks or a hotel, as well as strategic industrial sites. The accompanying programme, organised by the City of Ostrava, will feature internationally renowned architects Steven Holl and Eva Jiřičná. There will also be a panel discussion titled "The Industrial Real Estate Market in Czechia", featuring Petr Očko, Chief Director of the Department of Digitalisation and Innovation at the Ministry of Industry and Trade, which is responsible for the CzechInvest agency. Together with Václav Palička (MSID), Jakub Lichnovský (PRK Partners) and Matěj Hejama (Panattoni), he will discuss Czechia’s potential for foreign investment and current trends in the industrial property market.
EXPO REAL will take place in Munich on 4–6 October 2023 and will focus on the real estate market, investment opportunities, development projects – both residential and commercial, architectural trends and territorial development in real estate. It features significant participation of developers and investors, development agencies, end users, professional consultants, architects and representatives of local and state governments. The CzechInvest agency returns to the fair as the general partner of the Czech exposition.
